As I lean into my fifth year with Empirix and the 2020 chapter with Avaya globally, I find myself feeling more and more comfortable with the Avaya personnel. The can-do culture is still intact from my years at Lucent Technologies.
Every day, I find it refreshing, challenging and engaging with Avaya across business sectors globally and continuing to build and expand 1:1 relationships.
In the grand scheme of things, we are small in comparison to the multi-billion-dollar giant. But what Empirix brings to the table is essential as it relates to stitching together a unified communications (UC) or contact center infrastructure for testing and monitoring. The end result is enhancing the full customer experience.
